Hey, we know stationery can be a little confusing. How to word invitations? When to mail? How many stamps? It’s not often in life that you’ll plan an event of this size, perhaps never again. We’re here to help you make sense of etiquette, advise on mailing, and generally assist with this aspect of planning. We always want to make stationery an enjoyable, non-stressful task, and services such as addressing, assembly, and day-of delivery can certainly help.
The second phase of our design process includes an in-depth look at what you need for the day of. Whether you simply want a beautiful seating chart, or several paper items to fill out your collection, items for the big day cannot be overlooked. The physical pieces your guests interact with help define your celebration as much as the venue and decor. They should match your invitation in design and quality, seamlessly complement your event’s style, and contribute to a wonderful guest experience.
From the moment your loved ones discover a special envelope in their mailbox, the excitement for your wedding will grow. Of course invitations serve important functions–to invite guests and share details–but don’t overlook their potential. They can also be a beautiful and memorable reflection of your wedding. We recommend booking stationery at least 4-6 months in advance of when you plan to mail save the dates or invitations. We typically suggest mailing save the dates 6 months out and invitations 10 weeks out, but there are instances when mailing earlier or later is appropriate. We can sometimes accommodate shorter deadlines. Get in touch to check availability.
It may be helpful to know that our clients spend an average of $2000–$3000 with us. However, we do not require a minimum order, and we strive to help our couples make the most of their budget.

If it seems a little overwhelming, we're here to help! We work with you to determine which pieces will create the overall look you envision while keeping practicality and budget in mind.
It is best to book stationery once your wedding date and venue have been secured and your color palette finalized. If possible, we recommend getting in touch at least 4-6 months prior to your first planned mailing, whether that will be a save the date, engagement party or shower invitation, or wedding invitation. You are more than welcome to book with us earlier, but be aware that we will schedule your design phase based on date and individual needs.
